Instant Traditional Hot Curry Seasoning Powder (Kaeng Pha)

How to Use :
1.Dissolve 1 packet (45 g.) of Seasoning Powder with 2(1/4) cup (650 g.) of water, boil with medium heat.
2.Sdd 90 g. of Thai eggplant, 3 tbsp. of vegetable oil, boil until cooked.
3.Added choice of sliced chili, kaffir lime leaves, holy basil leaves for good aroma. Ready to serve.
