Baked Been Vermicelli Sauce Powder
How to Use :
1. Dissolve 1 packet (40 g.) Baked Been Bermicelli Xauce Powder with 1 cup of water (200 g.) and add 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil
2. Soak dried vermicelli bean in water till soft, drain out water, mix into the prepared sauce.
3. Cut crabs or shrimp into 1(1/2) cup or 300 g. and place them into clay pot followed by the vermicille on top.
4. Cook over low heat about 8-10 minutes, stir well till ready (suggestion : add chinese red win before serving)
